  • We offer a comprehensive range of injectable treatments, including cosmetic injectables to smooth lines and restore volume, wellness injections to support energy and immune function, and personalized hormone therapy to optimize balance and vitality. Complementing these medical services, our esthetician team provides customized facials tailored to each skin type and concern, microneedling to stimulate collagen and improve texture, and photo facials to address pigmentation and rejuvenate tone, along with other targeted skin treatments designed to enhance and maintain a healthy, radiant complexion.   • No, we do not accept insurance. We do accept Cherry, PatientFi, and CareCredit for payment. Find the applications HERE

  • Yes. We require a deposit to book an appointment.

    • Injectable and nurse practitioner services: $100 deposit. This amount is applied toward a treatment day of or prepaid or a retail purchase. If you decide not to move forward with treatment, the deposit will cover the nurse practitioner’s consultation time.

    • Esthetician services: $50 deposit.

    • To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • If you do not notify us and fail to attend your appointment (no-call/no-show), you will forfeit your deposit.

    • Deposits are non-transferable beyond the original client and appointment type unless otherwise approved by management.

  • We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

    We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

    We do not offer refunds on Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

  • We do! The referral program is available through your BLVD profile. You have a unique code that can be shared with friends, family, and colleagues. When someone books an appointment using your code, $50 will be credited to your account.
